Hi! My name’s Chris, the founder of “The Hartford Pour”
A few years ago, I started down the journey of becoming obsessed with bourbon whiskey.
They say when start drinking alcohol for taste, that means you’re getting old… Well, I guess I’m old, lol, but I’m a Millennial with a family.
I’ve been in Digital Marketing for over 10 years with many successful YouTube channels and an expert SEO.
The Hartford Pour started out as a Instagram page (by the way, go follow me there!). I started the IG account to highlight whiskies I was finding and my “non-professional” opinion of it.
As I got more involved in collecting rare bottles, I discovered the AMAZING community that exists among us whiskey enthusiasts.
I’ve lived in Bloomfield for nearly 14 years and have fallen in love with the drinks scene in our neck-of-the-woods here in Hartford County.
My goal is to make “The Hartford Pour” the #1 drinks newsletter and media outlet in Hartford County (and some food, too!). I’m not quite CTBites, but I’m working on it, lol!
